Keller Rohrback provides consumers with broad protection from false and misleading advertising and unfair or deceptive business acts or practices that violate consumer protection laws. The firm has been a leader in bringing class action lawsuits on behalf of consumers in numerous areas including children’s products, food contamination, diet pills, and laser eye surgery.  Keller Rohrback also currently represents homeowners in proposed class action lawsuits filed against major mortgage loan servicers.

Product Liability

Keller Rohrback has successfully pursued claims against product manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device makers on behalf of our injured clients. We have achieved multi-million dollar settlements providing for damages and, in certain cases, medical monitoring. Representative cases include victims of the Jack-in-the-Box and Odwalla E. coli food contaminations, patients who were prescribed "fen-phen" and Baycol medications, and hip implant devices. Another example of our successful products liability practice is the Louisiana Pacific litigation in which Keller Rohrback achieved settlements of more than $25 million on behalf of our clients for claims alleging the failure of exterior siding to perform as warranted.
